Our colors contain a lot of pigment, so they often cover after the first layer, full coverage is achieved after applying two layers. In the case of semi-transparent colors, this information is included in their description.

6. Can the products cause allergies?
Our products are created with the utmost care for our customers' health, but every product may cause allergic reactions. Individuals who are allergic to a specific ingredient may experience an allergic reaction, although this is extremely rare with our products.
7. How long will the styling product last?
The capacity of our products is 6 ml, which is enough for approximately 10 sets.
8. Can the products be applied over gel?
Of course, after developing the gel, we can apply a hybrid color on it, but we never do it the other way around, the base product must always be the hardest.
9. Can I exchange ordered products for other ones?
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that items ordered before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day, so if you placed your order before this time, it's likely that your order has already been shipped.

Yes, each of our training courses ends with a certificate confirming the acquired skills.
18. What is the number of participants in group training?
The number of participants in group training does not exceed 5 people.

You may want to bring a notebook and pen to write down important elements of the training.
20. Within what time frame do I have to return the goods to receive a refund?
The statutory period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. However, at Madlac, we have extended this period to 30 days.
21. Who bears the costs of returning the goods?
